Short, because this page asks for very little.

This website is published by 4QP LLC, a Washington limited liability company (UBI 604 821 670). It is a static site: it runs no server-side code of its own and sets no advertising cookies.

What we collect

Only what you type into the offer form: the address of the house, its rough condition, when you would like to sell, your name, your telephone number and, if you give it, your email address. If you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign label in the link (for example a Google Ads click reference) is sent with your request so we know which advertisement worked.

What we do with it

We use it to contact you about buying your house and to prepare an offer. Your request goes to 4QP LLC and the service that delivers the form to us. We do not sell your details and we do not share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Calls and text messages

When you ask for an offer we telephone you about it. We send text messages only if you ticked the box on the form, which reads: “By checking this box I agree that 4QP LLC may call and text me at the number above about my property, including with an automatic dialing system or a prerecorded or artificial voice. Consent is not a condition of selling or of receiving an offer. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Your choices
