Greg is one of the two principals of 4QP LLC, and the company’s registered agent with the Washington Secretary of State.
As a principal he shares the decisions that matter most to a seller: which houses 4QP buys, and the offer it puts in writing. He presented the 1972 Snohomish home on our main page to its next owner in March 2026, after we had renewed it.
